        Hi everyone, good to see even when there's a bump, we just pick ourselves back up and keep moving. I had a great salad last night. Spinach and shrimp with hot bacon dressing.

            Hey everyone! I am so excited to see so many people getting close to goal. I don't know what I'll do to celebrate. I know it won't be a food celebration though!

            Kat, Dolphin, Christine - You guys are so good at taking the time to presonally respond to everyone's posts. I look forward to coming here to see what you are up to!

            I just came back from peach/blackberry picking. My mom-in-law is planning on making jams and jellies. The blackberries were very dissapointing. Not too many ripe ones to be picked. I didn't have any and I also passed up the home made peach ice cream they were selling. I figure, when I get to dairy, I can make my own!!!

            I'm making out my grocery list and plan on moving to OWL on monday. Any suggestions on the easiest way to go. I am thinking that I will just have a little bigger salad for lunch and dinner and that will make up the 5 grams.

            Have a nice Saturday afternoon!

              That's what you call willpower!!! As far as adding the veggies that sound like a good idea. You got your exercise in with the fruit picking. Nice fresh air, I remember going with my Grandmother as a child, good memories. Continue on and have a beautiful day!

                I plan on doing some more walking later today. I have GOT to get moving more. I tried to do some tae-bo tapes and I don't think Billy and I are meant to be together. My achiles tendon ruptured the last time I did tae-bo and this time, it was feeling pretty bad. So, it's walking for me for now.

                  Back from grocery shopping! Lots of fresh veggies. Boy.... Old Mother Hubbards cupboards were *e*m*p*t*y* this morning! Not now!!

                  I stopped to visit a friend first and had coffee. Usually I'm a decaf drinker but she had a nice fresh pot of what turns out to be regular and I have a serious case of the shakes right now. Took 2 pots between the two of us to straighten out her checking account.

                  My one goal this afternoon is to guzzle water like a mad woman to get rid of this caffeine hangover.

                  Then some nice quality time with hubby this evening!

                  Too bad he doesnt like dancing.... With the case of shakes I have I could dance allllllllllllllllllllllll night!

                    Terry - who says you have to go out to dance. You can turn on some tunes and turn that energy in to a great cardio work out. I do that with the kids. Radio Disney plays some great "jumping around" music. .

                    Hey, I just raided my neighbors garden and got some zucchini, summer squash and red peppers! I am planning a splendiferous dinner tonight!!!

                      I just figured out how to rep last night and it was so late, I forgot how I did that, but I am going to make a point of doing that a lot more often as I do think it is a nice thing to do and I know how much it means to me when I get one, so that is a great idea !!!

                          It is SO EXCITING to see someone hit goal and then someone so close to goal that it almost feels like it is happening to us! It makes it more real and shows that it is possible!!

                          When I went to Rung One it seemed basically like Induction except I ate more carbs as veggies. I went to 25 grams of carbs and just included more veggies or ones that I don't normally eat.

                          Now that I'm on Rung Two - Dairy I think that I may stay here until I hit my first mini goal. I like this rung and feel happy so far with it. I'm at 30 grams of carbs and it seems nice.
