It is like children are our age now, ay? It is hard to imagine I could have a child in college! That seems like my age!!

Do they get along real well since they are twins? Do people think they look alike? It is hard to tell in the pictures.

Tell me about it, I still think I'm young, I'll never (praying) that I ever think I'm old. You're young at heart too, that's cool. Yes, they get along very well. People say they look alike. Ooooh and btw, girl I love your thick, curly, rock n roll hair!!

I think because I still act silly and also never had any kids of my own that is why I feel like their my age...

I've been playing with the computer camera tonight and thought I'd post a picture. I'm glad you like my hair...I haven't brushed it since I got home, but I thought that since I was just having fun I'd just leave it. (giggle - Rock & Roll hair? I wish I could get mine to be big and fluffy like the picture in the thinspiration thread! You made my day!)

But if you want to get it fluffier, just wash it/condition it add some frizz control and braid plaits all over, no need to part perfect, then roll the ends. Go to bed and let dry covering up with a satin cap you can buy from a beauty supply/drug store. Take down and you will have big and fluffy hair.

That sounds fun! I may try it tomorrow night when I have a little more time. (sigh) Since we have to get up at 4 am, I think we'd better be off to bed. Doesn't it just seem like you get home from work and then it is time to go to bed already? Where does the night go?

dotsamantha...congrats on having a good day yesterday,i wish i could eat sirloin again but red meat tends to give me heartburn these days so i give it a miss as much as i can.

Had a pretty cr appy day yesterday.Im on day 4 of the anti yeast diet and it felt like i was going through induction flu all over again.I didnt eat properly ..all legal of course but just not enough food.I had no appetite and had to force every mouthful,i struggled with the water too...it just didnt want to go down....im hoping for a better day today.

Very excited today, have my two week cheat free blinkie now, that is so cool !!!
I am not losing right now, but hope to see that scale move soon, for about a week it has gone up and down the same few pounds, this is what happens every time and I end up getting discouraged and going off plan, but that is not an option this time around. I am here to stay and will just deal with it and the scale will start moving again soon.
Two weeks and counting, very exciting !!!

How long are you going to do the anti-yeast program? How soon do you see results? I hope it all goes well for you!! I know it must be a challenge to rearrange all your foods to follow this program. It must be like going through Induction again and maybe you'll see really good results by the end of your first week!! I'm cheering for you!

Remember that if the scales aren't moving, then the inches are. I've read where several people will go down dress sizes, yet never lose a pound! I would go for that!!

Cristy.... Please dont leave! I would be sad! Like Mari said... it is not about guilt, it is about encouragement! Be encouraged! And we have a long way to go! LONG way.... but we are all going there! And we will all GET there! Just keep going!

I will be gone for a few days! I may check in Saturday at my moms, or else I will be back sunday or Monday! But we are going to see Joyce Meyer(s) and Darlene Zschech (?) this weekend! YAHOO! I am SO excited!
