Checking in to report that I'm still cheat-free. The scale is up once again, but I know it's cause Flo is around. I'm normally a 5 pound gainer during TOM. UGH!

WAS A GOOD GIRL yesterday, although I came within centimeters of breaking down and having wine! Lost aother pound as a reward, and down to 315.

Hey!! in the uk some people refer to thier kids as brat's but i never heard of them being used as an ingredient lol (im hoping you meant bratwurst in your stir fry?) .
