To be honest I dno't know the exact days and weeks until its posted here. My jump on the wagon day is July 9th

I weighed in today.....the dance is on. LOL Good thing the scale can only move up or down and not side ways too! I'm up 1 pound this week!

Ok, day 13 and cheat free! I took this challenge because I thought easy cheesy and it is....unless people push holiday foods you love at you...but, NO WAY!!!!!!!!!! I am gonna be a BIG LOSER!!!!!!!!

I'm just here to update really fast and I'll be back tonight to read posts!

I've lost my first 50 pounds! Make that 51! I weighted in this morning and was down 3 pounds. I swear its like a dance....it really, really is with me. Up 2, down 3, stay the same....down, up! At least the scale is moving and I am happy to see that. I am still cheat free and going strong!
