  • Do you have a mini goal for this week/month?

    Do you have a mini-goal for this week or month? If you want, please share here.

    My goals for this week have been:

    1. Exercise Monday through Friday.
    2. Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day.
    3. Stick with the program -- be cheat free.
    4. Notice a difference in how my clothes fit this weekend.

    Not wear womens clothing anymore...whoops.
    Ummm Not cheat at all period.
    Work out 6 days every week.
    Tan 3 days every week
    Most importantly- Be there for my girls on the How long can you go thread!!

      I'm working on staying off the scale!!! So far so good!

        Hmmmm...can I think about it, and get back later? My goal for this month was to be down to 300 by the end of it. Now 25ish pounds seems like a lot in three weeks. Well...I guess there is this, too:

        I want to go for at least a mile walk every day to get ready for my LAKE TAHOE CAMPING TRIP in 2 weeks! (( I'll be gone for three weeks, but I'll try to get online to visit all my challenge buddies!))
