Lunch : Boiled hamburger pattie with onion and green peppers toped with 1 cup of lettuce and 2tblsp of mayo.
Cristy- Good job on the 5 miles, I am working my way up to that.
Yoly- your menu actually sounds pretty good.. I may have to try that chicken salad.
Sara- I am glad you are feeling so good. Your enthusiasm is contagious. I might have to get some weightlifting tips from you. You are a machine.. LOL.
I have had 12 glasses of water so far. Were does everyone else stand? Water wise.
