Re: 14 day clean induction challenge Starting 7/31

Hey yall, I cooked some Collard Greens, Hot Water Cornbread (not for me) and baked chicken, along with sliced fresh veggie platter of tomato, green onions, limes and avocado. Keeping the water flowing and feeling great!! As a matter of fact, I'm eating more veggies this time around than the last. Now I need to incorporate exercise, one day @ a day.

Re: 14 day clean induction challenge Starting 7/31

I started just walking more... taking my dog for longer walks, using more the stairs than the elevatior... but i'm kind of a extreme person... so I joined a gym on monday and i'll go everyday... must be because i saw results with this diet that i didn't expected, and the fact that i'll be getting married in 3 months and i'm getting adrenaline rushes... so I am trying to do everything in my hands to improve results...

But the walking worked for me, its hard to get your lazy bum to want to do it... i know... but it's just a walk... maybe if you have a car and go shopping, don't park next to the door, so you walk a little extra

so the elevator... going up one floor by the stairs isn't that much sacrifice...

Baby steps is the best way to get started on excersising... if not... we tend to end up quitting...

By the way, I'm latina (I'm from Chile)

I always walk when ever possible..also try to run some stairs..great boost..last but not least if you ride the subway or bus..stand instead of sit. burns more calories..it all helps out with the battle of the bulge..

Yeah girl those collard greens have you going to the bano. I believe I will be like my Grandmother and keep them as a staple around the house. Make them and freeze them. I thought I didn't like vegetables, but I they are my favorite.

I'm chillin and TOM came yesterday, that's why I was spazzin so hard earlier this week, PMS hits me hard a week before and ride me until it comes. I have a big bang the day before of sweet cravings.

Well, have a Blessed, Constructive, High Favor, Un-Stressful, Beautiful, Rich and Healthy Life. Forget the day I mean life! Talk to you later.

Oh girl you went for the Collards, I know that's right. I was going to buy some Ox tails but they are waaaay too high.

I ate right, I just don't feel like remembering what I ate and posting it.

Doing good, as I said TOM is here and I'm trying to hang with this fool.

Girl what kind of laxative/method do you use? I want one. Back in the day I use to do the Correctol. The fiber drink don't do anything for me.
