      Re: 3-Week No-Weigh Challenge

Hi everyone Ima newbie, starting the atkins diet and i would like to join the no-weigh challenge, As I have a bad habit of weighing myself everyday which can get very frustrating when the numbers dont move down, so this will be a great challenge for me to participate in. and by the way goodluck all

Glad you joined us, Ebony78. Better not to look at the scales so often - see what happens? (((((((((((( Barbde ))))))))))))))

14 more days after today, and at midnight on the 31st the whooshy fairy is supposed to visit all of us who don't peek until then! (Sorry, Lisa you'll have to get an earlier appointment on your own)

I'm visualizing myself on the scales at minigoal at last. Hopefully the power of positive thinking will pay off Sept. 1st!

Once a weighaholic, always a weighaholic, recovering or not! I just feel so fat, particularly since the last no weigh showed zero change!

Ah feel your pain... if that happens to me (again) on Sept. 1, I may go back to induction. I've been creeping up the carbs too much to have lost much, but I've GOT to be losing something, I've GOT to... but I'm supposed to add carbs to figure my CCLL and test new foods, and I can only guess what's OK new food or too high a carb count by reappearances of appetite and cravings, or other unpleasantness until then.

Hellooooooooo-o-o-o-o--o--o--o out there all you fellow weighaholics - are you all still "clean"? I'v confirmed that
Miss Whooshie will be making the rounds
to all who been good and not weighed
she'll visit and take off some pounds
but for cheaters their loss'll be delayed
To not weigh ain't as hard as it sounds
but to weigh daily you'll be dismayed
while for waiters the good news abounds!

                        Still weigh-free, recovering weighaholic

Yeah, why is this so much harder to come off? At least you dropped a little, I consider that a milestone!

Ok... I've got to admit I'm weakening... TOM's leaving today, and my willpower is waning... The 28th will mark the completion of 6 months doing this WOL. And I wanna know!!!

                                So far, so good, but.....
How about all of you? The fact my bra feels too snug today is helping me resist the urge, but I need a strategy. There's this digital scale in the breakroom and I can hear it calling!
