        Thanks so much ........ Now I have my banner!!!! Weighed in this A.M. at 214....that is a total of 3 down since Thursday.....Yippeeeeeee! Hope everyone else is hanging strong....Weekends are hard...your out shopping and everything looks good !!!! Hang in and start the year healthier and lighter.

          Right now I'm 218 and my ideal goal is to lose 51lbs (I want to be under 12 stone - even if its just by 1lb) by my 21st and since thats 5 days after memorial day. Sooo count me in!

                      Well, good morning all and I hope you all had a great low carb weekend. Well, got on the scale this a.m. and am down 1 more pound....total of 4 now. I know that will stop in the near future, after the bloat is all gone....but I will take it while I can . Seeing the number get lower is great and seeing the sizes drop will be even greater. Not into exercise yet although I realize I will have to add this ....most likely with the New Year.

                        Good morning all. I hope everyone had a good weekend. I have to let everyone know that this is my first challenge and I am excited. I am just now completing boot camp and have really enjoyed the support from this board.

                              Okay, everybody, so what's your goals for today????





                              I've got 1.6 pounds left to lose of the 8 I gained from PMS/TOM/Stress, etc., now, and I'm starting my exercise regime up today with Walk Away the Pounds Walk and Kick.

                              1. exercise 20+ minutes, 50 crunchers
                              2. make more meatball soup, or some other kind of soup w/cabbage, maybe stuffed cabbage soup.
                              3. take my viatmin (because I've been forgetting)
                              4. Laundry
                              5. And dip my hands in parafin for a beauty treatment, because I deserve it!

                                Hi all, I also just donated and became a supporting member of this site....I figure I am really serious about it this time and plan to stick around. I have been on another site and there was no "donations" but they were real, real strict and lately downright nasty about what you could post. I told another member how to "search" for a specific website and they banned me for life (which I felt was alittle unfair) and when I try to log in it says I have been banned "forever" for NO SPECIFIC REASON!!!! Does that make sense? and it was not anything "bad" that I did, not insulting or porno or anything terrible. Another member had wanted info on how to find another diet web page and I told them to just do a google search for it and they would find it....and bang, I was history!!! So, it is nice to find this place and I am more than willing to support it.

                                Well, guess I am long winded enough for now.
