    I hear you about Christmas. Wow, did I ever overindulge. I knew better, too. That is okay. Here I am, dusting myself off. We can do it. Thanks for including me!
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      Weigh in number 2: 180.4 (down from 187 for a total of 6.6 pounds)

      Oh I'm really really hoping to be below 178 before Jan 13!!!! And start weight for January is 82.3 kilo (181.1) - and I always shoot for 3 kilos lost by end of the month. So, goal for end of January is 174.5. (We'll have to see what all the travelling and weird food in China does to my system.) Anyway - I've got my goals and plans...

        Weigh in number two - actually it is my first weigh in on this challenge and I am only on day two, but I am down 1.5 pounds...

          Congratulations, kacey & shannon, on your losses! Way to go.

          I am not weighing in until sometime in February. I am in a no weigh challenge for the month of January. However, I feel great, I think I look thinner, and my DD said I look skinny! So I'll take that!

            Hello challengers!

            Im not going to be weighing in this time...fell off the wagon. =( But Im back on. Im restarting my induction today....reinduction will end just in time for the next weigh in.
            It really wasnt worth it...I feel horrible right now and Im ready to start feelilng good again.

              LOL you sound like me. I restarted induction on 1/1 after falling off from the 27th - 31st. I said the same thing, I'm not weighing in until weigh in #3, just in time for induction to be over! Good luck 2 u. Have a good day.

                        Hi, Sher!

                        I keep getting server busy when I post, grrrrrr....so I'll try to type fast and maybe get something here! ugh!

                        I need to change my start weight to 208 because, well, that's where I'm at even today...208. blah..

                        Two weeks ago, the same, ugh. TOM is here and I've upped my exercise to there's a few things to deal with. Ain't being a woman great sometimes?? <<grrrrrrooowwll>>>

                        It's all good though. I have postive thoughts flowing through my mind as I found that I did lose 2 inches off my body over the past 2 weeks. Well, 2 inches is 2 inches.

                          Hi Everyone, Would have reported in earlier today, but I've got a cold and felt like crap. Finally gathered up enough energy to go to the store and get some medicine. But, regardless of feeling like crap, I"m down 5 pounds!!!

                          THis is also my first weigh -in. How often do we have weigh-ins?

                                As for weigh ins, we will be weighing in ever two weeks:
                                Jan 4
                                Jan 18
                                Feb 1
                                Feb 15
                                Mar 1
                                Mar 15
                                Mar 29
                                Apr 12
                                Apr 26
                                May 10

                                Then, before final weigh-in, we get 18 days to bust our a$$es getting to goal!

                                FINAL WEIGH IN MONDAY MAY 28, 2007!!!!
