          I'd like to do this...am also doing the Jan no-way thing, so I'll not be able to weigh intil the next time. I wanna be down to 140 by Memorial Day... is that reasonable?


          Restart -10/18/2009 - 204.6 lbs (UGH!!!)
          Goal 1 - under 200 - met 10/19/2009
          Goal 2 - 190 - met 10/25/2009

              Just reporting in. I'm still eating right and exercising like a mad woman. I am in the no weigh challenge so I am still not able to weigh and see what my progress is.

                Hey, hey, Floyd Girl, I haven't seen you around in awhile. My fault! I tend to drop out sometimes when work gets busy.

                This Memorial Day Challenge is great! I am completely motivated. I know without this board, I would not succeed on this diet at all. I have to have the exercise challenge to keep me moving, too!

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                      I've got sucked into the votex of homework and life this past week(end). But I'm doing fantastic with my eating, and I've met one of my New Year's resolutions for 2007 by running more than a mile; all while not falling off the treadmill or passing out.

                      Looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in!

                        WEIGH IN DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                        I am proud to say that this morning, I weighed in at 298!!!!!

                        Two weeks ago I was 304. That's a 6 lb loss!!!! You know how good it is to see the scale under 300? This means alot to a fat girl!!!!

                        That makes my grand total to 36 lb loss since I started Atkins (10/14/06)
                        ***That's not including the 6 lbs I gained over Thanksgiving weekend and the 5 lbs I gained over Christmas Break, I had to re-lose those as well!!***

                        I hope to hear more great results!

                          SO, since the last weigh in, I have lost two more pounds!

                            I am pleased to inform all of you that I am doing very well.. I have been eating as I should be and have been losing very well. I weighed in today @ 213 thats another 5lbs down from last weigh in
                            SW 262, CW 248, GW 165

                            1st Goal - 235lbs
                            2nd Goal - 220lbs
                            3rd Goal - 205lbs
                            4th Goal - 190lbs
                            5th Goal - 175lbs
                            Ultimate Goal - 165lbs
