Memorial Day Challenge...

    *raises hand* I'm not on the list... is that because I'm in the no-way challenge?


    Restart -10/18/2009 - 204.6 lbs (UGH!!!)
    Goal 1 - under 200 - met 10/19/2009
    Goal 2 - 190 - met 10/25/2009
    Goal 3 - 180
    Goal 4 - 170
    Goal 5 - 160
    Goal 6 - 150
    Goal 7 - 140
    Goal 8 - 135
    Goal - To zip up current pants without sucking it in-10/25/09
    Goal - To need a belt/roll waistband of current pants
    Goal - To wear the next size down - 11/13/09
    Goal - To wear the next size down - without a muffin top!! 11/18/09
    Goal - To wear 'those' jeans (ya know - the ones in the back of the closet, hidden under a winter coat)
    Day 13 - wine free/ cheat free

          my starting was 179, my goal was 140. Is that a reasonable goal?

            Yes that is a reasonable goal. You set a 39 lb weigh loss goal for an 18 week period. A little over 2 lbs weight loss a week, and you will definitely reach your goal. Good luck to you.

                February 1st is our next weigh in. I really admire those who do the no way challenge. I sometimes would like to do that. I just feel like I need the accountability of a weigh in. Maybe I will try to go a week and not weigh until February 1st. That would be HUGE for me!

                1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                what the rungs mean to me:
                rung 1 - more veggies
                rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                rung 4 - berries, melon
                rung 5 - wine -
                rung 6 - beans, hummus
                rung 7 - other fruits
                rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                (on to pre-maintenance)

                  Good Morning Memorial Day Challengers!!!

                  No one has really been active in this thread, just wondering if everyone is still on track and doing well.

                  I had bad weekend with a few cheats, but yesterday was a good day and I drank alot of water, and I'm glad to say that the scale this morning stayed the same!!!

                  I hope alot of the no-weigh challengers will be reporting weights on Feb 1.

                        just checking in.. I am at 212.5 today 1/2 pound down from last weigh in. I can tell that the weight loss is slowing down but I'll take a 1/2 pound loss than a gain anytime

                          I've been a very busy gal this past week with school and such, I totally forgot to pop in and update my weight!!!


                          I'm officially at 206!

                          2 whopping pounds in the last couple of weeks...but, hey, it's a loss and I'm taking it even when I've been upping my running. Yea!

                            Just checking in, too! I am doing great with my challenge!! I had one minor setback over the week-end but I think that it was minor. I am doing great with the exercise challenge, too! Woot!! Let's all keep plugging away at it, so our next weigh will be awesome!!
