      Good Morning my Wonderful and beautiful low carb friends. I weighed in today and the scale said 209.5 Yippee. Another 3 lbs down.

          205 for me today...even with TOM. I'm such a slow loser.

          I have ideas of it being lower after TOM...so I'm thinking really really hard about making the numbers go lower. What's that saying, If you think it it will happen? LOL...okay, so maybe that's just me. Anyways...

              Ok - I'm on 180.6 today. I've been on holiday so that's not too bad, but not too good either :-(. Goal for end of Feb is 173.6 so I've got to get back to my hard exercising now that holidays are over.... Glad to see everyone doing so well!

                    I will be posting a current weight list after the No-Weigh Challenges are over.

                      I weighed in at 147. Down another 1.5 pounds. I was really hoping to do better, but I missed this week exercising, but I am rolling on it again today! Can't wait for the next weigh in!

                      1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                      what the rungs mean to me:
                      rung 1 - more veggies
                      rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                      rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                      rung 4 - berries, melon
                      rung 5 - wine -
                      rung 6 - beans, hummus
                      rung 7 - other fruits
                      rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                      rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                      Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                      (on to pre-maintenance)

                              Is it too late for me to join??? I just increased my workouts to 1 hour a day so I can be at goal by Memorial day...
