        I can tell no one seems to take this challenge seriously. People are always forgeting to weigh in even the person that is supposed to be keeping track of it is TOO busy. Whats going on here?

          I take it seriously! And for anyone whos interested we have a weigh in on Thursday March 15.

          I do agree though that the list should be updated and the members who havent posted weights the last 2-3 weigh ins should be taken off the list so its easier to keep up with, JMPO though.

              I dont see me on the list, Did I miss a date or something? Maybe I am posting my stats wrong, I been updating them in my signiture.
              If ya somehow missed me, my goal is to loos 30 lbs by memorial day and I am down 15 lbs since I started. I am going to do another weigh in and measure sometime today and I'll post here what it is.

                  Hey! Just found your challenge. I am not new to the board, just been away for awhile. I have lost 130 pounds on Atkins but have gained back 20. I am in the challenge for a loss of 25 more pounds by Memorial Day. I hope I am able to lose as well the 2nd time around...if I am...this goal is reasonable for me. Thanks for the challenge and the opportunity to have some accountability among friends! C-ya soon!

                      Guess you do kinda need those stats, huh? I am currently at 186, down from 295.5. My all time low was 164 before I re-gained some. I am setting my goal as 20 pounds instead of 25. Thanks for taking me in!

                        I take this very seriously, too. I am just not losing very fast -- despite that I am eating right and exercising my butt off. I am ok with that, at least it is coming off, lol.

                          I take this very seriously too. I also appreciate all the volunteers that are keeping track with this.

                          I did not weigh in on the first because it wasn't a good time for me. I will report in on the fifteenth!

                          what the rungs mean to me:
                          rung 1 - more veggies
                          rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                          rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                          rung 4 - berries, melon
                          rung 5 - wine -
                          rung 6 - beans, hummus
                          rung 7 - other fruits
                          rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                          rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                          Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                          (on to pre-maintenance)

                            I have sent out some pms to the members who joined the challenge but never posted weights, Im hoping some of them will reply!

                            I will also send out some reminders to a few that did post weights but have missed the last few weigh ins!

                            Im really hoping that they will check back in with us and update on their progress!
