    Hello all! This is my first reported weigh in weight as I just joined you a few days ago on the challenge. I am happy to report that the scale read 182.5 this morning! Yeah! That is down from 186. I am continuing on induction so I know that at this point most of this is water. But, none the less, it is good to see the numbers go down. I will check in tonight and see how everyone else is doing when Christy posts our current numbers. I know there will be LOTS of successess! C-ya soon!

    (bike riding 10 miles per day or walking 5 miles)

      I am new here, can I still join in the challenge?? I am 180 right now, I would love to be 155 by Memorial day. I hope I can lose that much and SO much more.

            I didn't weigh in this morning, I forgot! I just came in here a few days ago and didn't realize it was Thursday already! Long week lol I'll catch up with y'all at next weeks weigh in!!!

                  Hi, Christy -- I was out of town without access to a scale on weigh day, but it looks like I've missed at least two weigh-ins and am down a total of 20 pounds now, from 239 to 219 currently.

                      I've been travelling and generally out of pocket, but still keeping on (though this is hard hard hard while travelling). I'm on 176 now. Have to travel again over the next 2 weeks, but hopefully after that I'll be 100% back in the swing of things! No cheating .... just a little too big portion sizes and a few too many sweeteners. :-(

                        So sorry to be late... Thanks for the PM, sure hate to be trouble..

                        I weighed exactly the same! I was definitely hoping to do better. I need to lose roughly 3.5 lb a week in order to meet my Memorial Day Challenge. I am not giving up, but I sure do need to get it into gear.

                        1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                        what the rungs mean to me:
                        rung 1 - more veggies
                        rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                        rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                        rung 4 - berries, melon
                        rung 5 - wine -
                        rung 6 - beans, hummus
                        rung 7 - other fruits
                        rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                        rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                        Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                        (on to pre-maintenance)

                            Christy, thanks for taking over!!! I haven't had time for much these days. Between more responsibilities and tasks to do at work, doesn't leave me much time for anything extracurricular. Then on top of that, I have two classes this semester. Ugh, work, school, family, house and still trying to have a personal life can be a bit time consuming!!! TTYL

                              Cincy you didnt miss weigh in. You posted your weight a few days before the weigh in because you were going to be out of town.

                                Hey I didnt know if it was too late to join...but I'd like to get in on this. I always do better when I cant procrastinate(sp) and if I know I'm gonna have to tell someone.
                                My goal would be 199 by 5/28. I want to at least be under 200 by then. Let me know if its ok if I join.
