    Monday 6th: I've lost .25 pounds since yesterday (*lol*), so

          Reporting in. This challenge starting weight was 206.
          Todays weight I am happy to report is 204.5. 1.5 loss, yippeee!!!!

          SW288 CW 204.5 FEB. Challenge 191, 13.5 pounds to goal

            LOL! It's not a digital scale. It's a doctor's scale!

            Funny story. She read the scale wrong and had me as gaining a pound as opposed to losing 8! I about freaked out. She felt very badly about it, but it was quite a scare! :yikes

                            As far as the ones who are up a little let me know when the scale drops back down and I'll be happy to update you. Often you will go up slightly and then a whoosh will follow, so wishing the whoosh fairy your way. You can always vary your weigh in dates as well. Water weight can occur for so many reasons, but when you see a low on the scale it has to be accurate, at least that is my feeling on it. It also makes it more motivational for me. As long as you are eating like you should and exercising you don't have anything to worry about it will come off.
