Another good week for me. I lost 4 lbs since last Tuesday, but I also excercised 6 days, so I guess that's the trick!!! I'm now at 228, just 8 lbs away from my July goal. I know I can do it. On my way to the gym now!!! :yes
I am still not wieghing till my scheduled day. Last year I had a problem about weighing everyday and led to a down fall and will not let that overcome me again!
But I am here to report that I have upped my exercise by adding my "Hercules" program that I created for weight Lifting. Hard work=Hard results!

Well I am 2 wks and 2 days from my weigh in. Which is cool because I am getting a little uneasy letting these little carbs sneak in. I go a little to crazy on pork rinds, cream cheese and other little things sometimes. So Since I am still on induction(extended) its time a for a squeaky clean induction for the final run.
I can't wait to get started Monday, I am adding more running into my training program. Although I am a little worried, I might Gain some muscle in the mean time and my weight my go up a tad lol..

I didn't realize I didn't post here yesterday. Monday, I did do 30 min weight training and 30 min treadmill. Last night I did 30 min treadmill but was in a LOT of pain! :help I have bursitis in my left hip and even after taking 2 prescription ibuprofen, it didn't help. I even iced it last night.
Moving on....... I will do 30 min treadmill tonight, even though the thought of it hurts. It's not looking good that I will try any lower body weight training yet.

Fighting.. gee thanks! I didn't think my little body could have that much weakness! LOL :yikes
However, I did 30 min on the treadmill last night and could hardly walk when I got home. My hubby got me some joint vitamins. I checked WebMD and Mayo Clinic sites and that's about all you can do for this :help

I am a little worried about you. I was thinking about you last night when I was going through some med books. I would take it a little easier, maybe do cardio thats a little easier on your hips.
Get a punching bag! you can go rounds on it, and it will wear out every muscle in your body. And you get a killer right hook too :nod

Its a great workout, swimming might benefiet you too.
I am worn out this week, I've been put through the grinder with workouts.
I've finally tweaked and made it just the way I want it. So monday starts the new program. Its going to be killer, but I will push myself through it. I know I am capable.
today I didn't want to do my cardio, but I sat there and new that I should do just based on the fact that my mind is telling me not to...so I did it. and happy that I did!

Alrighty, I didn't do any structured exercise over the weekend but did do a lot of walking while shopping. My hip is sore but feeling a little bit better.
I'm going to the gym tonight and will do 30 min on the treadmill. I'm not going to push myself too hard. Swimming is a wonderful idea. My gym has a swimming pool. They give classes that start too early for me to get to, but they keep a lap lane open for others. Thanks for the suggestion! :hug
I'll be out of town tomorrow and Wednesday but I'll be walking a lot. I'll make sure to take "legal" foods with me, although I don't think I'll really need to.
