Ok so based on my calculations...you have either lost .5 lbs or 1 lb Michelle. Cuz you started at 148.5 or 149 and you are down to 148. Lets call it a 1lb to be on the safe side.
I don't necessarily want any weight loss off the girls either if I can help it.

I usually have a week of nothing after a few good weeks, so I will try to keep a level head next Sunday if there is no change. I am going to shoot for 2 more pounds before the end of the challenge, which will make me 5 pounds from goal. At 135, I will re-evaluate and determine if I will change my goal weight to 125. I probably will, because I suspect that my scale weighs me a few pounds lighter than what is accurate. It is the only scale that I use, and have used since my re-start, so I am going to keep using it, knowing that it could be a little off.
