Livin2lose2007, welcome to our group, we are glad you are joining us. The picture will definately help you look back and see your progress.

Here is how you do it. Copy the image that you want to post. When you are ready to post, go to the go advanced button at the bottom, then you will see the tool bar up above the posting box. Click on the one that looks like a mountain range that has the yellow background. Back out the http:// at the beginning and paste your copy in the box. It will then post it inside the thread.

Here is an example. This is my before picture.

Those are great pictures, Livin' If you're using Photobucket, you can click on the last url under each picture to copy and then paste here on your post...it has to have a [img] and [/img] right before and after (respectively) your link. I hope that helps you some.
