Tomorrow is weigh in for me, so here is the routine.
No beef today! For some reason, I feel heavier the day after I've had it.
Calories will be a couple of hundred below normal today. Seems like I have been above all week, and this will help average it out some.
Tonight is a light meal of leftover chicken salad and some cauliflower and I need to eat it early.
Today, water, water, water, and more water.
Tonight, bathroom, bathroom, and more bathroom!
Go for a 1 hour 4 mile walk after dinner.
Think thin thoughts before climbing into bed and put on my superhero underwear set! The one with the big "G" on the front.
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it's GONNABSKINNY!!!
In the morning, back to the bathroom.
Then strip off the superhero underwear set (lol) as well as anything else that I have on and sneak up on the scale.
With both eyes closed, placing both hands firmly on top of the bathroom countertop, I will then gently release my weight onto the scale first with the left foot on the scale, and then gently ease my right foot on. Then opening my left eye and then the right one. If I see the desired results I will then get off the scale and jump up and down for joy. If I don't get the desired result, then I say
and repeat the morning ritual, because it just HAD to be a faulty reading! LOL
Come on, I know most of you probably have some type of similar routine. OK, maybe without the superhero outfit! LOL
