  • 10,000 Steps A Day

I just started this wonderful walking program called America on the Move . It was promoted on my job and I was just thinking about incorporating walking to my new WOL and kick this weightloss up a knotch. You can invite friends and challenge buddies. I recieved a free pedometer at the job, with my registration. I had ready begun walking, but not actually monitoring my steps until I hooked that baby to me and here are the result from the last two days.

    Day 1 - 16,780 steps
    Day 2 - 18,143 steps

Is that awesome or what? I'm so proud of myself. Who knows maybe one I turn this into jogging or running. Check it out you might like it.
