    Re: Turkey Day Challenge!!!!

**** Okay, anyone who wants to add the graphic to their siggy, try to maybe copy and paste it from ym siggy and see if that will work...I keep trying to type the code, but unfortunately, it keeps just showing the pic! LOL Lemme know if this works! Sorry guys, I'm not so good at this!

Profaction, Welcome!! I will put up your stats!! It would be so great to be in the 150s, for thanksgiving, but unfortunately that will have to wait and be my christmas gift to myself. LOL

Michelle, I was just working on that, I'm so sorry!!! Lemme know if what I said above works! Thanks!!!

Mia*Bella, that can be the one you use, if you like. If you dont like it too much, feel free to make one. I'm not too good at them LOL =]

Thanks so much sillygirl!!!! Your pic in your siggy looks awesome, btw!!!

              Re: Turkey Day Challenge!!!!

I'm reporting my weigh in today...251.6. That will be my starting weight for this challenge. I signed up to lose 10#.

So I lost 1.2# & 4" which I'm grateful for. I'm extremely overtired today as I got called in last night for a surgical case. Then today we got slammed with 3 extra ortho cases. Every bit of my body hurts & I'm just puzzled over the continuing slow weight loss. How can I continue to lose so many inches & hardly any weight. It isn't logical to me . I feel like I'm clearly doing something wrong but I don't know what.

I'm off to take a hot shower, get some food, get my DANDR book & then to bed early. A good nights sleep will help with my pissy attitude!

              Thanks for listening.

OK.. so I'm moving and don't know where Thanksgiving will be soOOOO??? Sure???? Why not..????
                                This morning 159.5
                                Goal by Thanksgiving... 150..

Considering I don't know where I'll be living.. If I'll be able to cook for my self.. I think that pretty aggressive..

My Dad's birthday was last week and Mom knew I was doing Atkins... Sh she made fried (breaded) chicken with mushroom sauce, Noodles with butter, Mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and salad with candied almonds and cranberries with a Balsamic dressing... I rummaged her refrigerator and ended up with broccoli, red peppers and eggs... I felt bad turning her food and the cake down... but I was there to celebrate Dad's 72 nd and I'm sure he didn't care what I ate!
