  • Re: Turkey Day Challenge!!!!

Despite meeting my goal I wanted to report my last weigh in before Turkey Day.My weight was 240.6 which gives me a 0.6# loss to report. I'm happy with that! So my total challenge loss is 11# which I'm extremely happy about. Thanks to Stephanie for doing this challenge. It really opened my eyes to the importance of setting mini goals!!!

Have a wonderful Turkey Day & count your blessings!

I made it! By the skin of my teeth and in spite of TOM's early arrival, I'm down 10 out of 10. Congratulations to everyone else who made it too!

Thank YOU jsj0305! I know I definitely needed this push - I don't think I would have lost more than 3 or 4 pounds if I didn't have the focus this challenge provided!

              Hey guys,

Congrats to those of you who made your goal! I'm joining those who didn't. I am actually up rather than down...up 7 lbs...not sure if it's muscle from all the working out...water from the on again off again TOM I've been having since I had the baby, or what...but regardless, I'm up! Sucks but its true. I did, however, lose 20lbs and more than 10 inches during this challenge, and I am totally happy with that!

Congrats again to everyone....enjoy your Turkey Day!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! I hope you guys all had a wonderful day!!!

I have a lot to be thankful for, and you guys are definately a BIG part of that. Just to be able to have a place I can be honest, I can be human...and I get nothing but support, love and a tremendous amout of motivation. I really am so thankful you guys all joined me.

We ALL worked very very hard, and I am SO proud of us for sticking with this. As much as we are used to it..losing weight is NOT easy. It's a daily struggle...and we just get used to fighting, but that doesn;t mean we aren't still fighting. And those of us woh don't see the scale move, always perserve and don't give up. Just the spirit of this challange was amazing and I really hope we meet up and do this again.

                Have a WONDERFUL night!!!

PS. Iyshia...you hang in there. I'm sure you've heard this a million this before, but your hormones are probably going crazy right now, and the fact that you are already up and fighting this head on, you are an amazing woman, and I have nothing but respect for you and your will power. Keep pushing..and please remember...you just brought a BEAUTIFUL child into this world, and that is not easy. Don't get discouraged..you ROCK, but I'm sure you know this =]
