  • Stop Smashing In October Challenge


    I challenge you in the month of October to stop smashing yourself. The only thing you should be smashing is your pumpkin.

    HERE IS ALL YOU HAVE TO DO

    1. Say something postive about yourself everyday.
    2. Stop saying negative things about yourself, even in a joking manner.

    I have noticed a lot of self bashing on the forum in the past month. I am the most guilty of this.....So that's why i'm heading up the challenge.

    Here you must post something positive about yourself at least once a week, and it has to be something different each time....i'm going to shoot for trying to come here at least 4x a week....

    Please don't leave me here in this challenge alone

    My positive thing for today is that i like the new shape my body is taking during the loss.

      I like my height..5'7..not real tall..but tall enough

      You know this is hard for some people..to say something good about themselves...guess that's why you call it a challenge...huh?...I'm liking this!

                      I pledge to come to this thread 4X a week as well.

                      Here's mine for today. I really like that I am learning to take compliments and just say thank you instead of... bashing myself.
