Awww Pink, I'm sorry to hear about ur bad week. I'm glad that you've found it within you to pick urself up, dust urself down and give it another go!
We all get times where we're down , its just keeping strong and getting through it altho I find it the most difficult thing to do as I'm a comfort eater and the minute I get sad I want to eat bad things and binge eat.
You can do it Pink, keep going, stay positive and post on here when you feel like things aren't going the way you want them too. We're all here for each other to support each other through this challenge, WE CAN DO IT!!

26 yr 5'2 F Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs. On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs. Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
I am not going to weigh or measure this week after having to way up my carbs for 4 days because of the glucose tolerance test I managed to gain 4 pounds in 4 days sigh. I know most of that is jsut water weight but I need to give myself a week for that to stabilize out. I will check in a week from tommorow with my numbers.
I swear I have lost and gained the same two lbs for 2 weeks now...I am totally frustrated..I am so close but yet seems so far!!..This time of year really does me in..it's the most enjoyable and the most stressful...hard for me to reach a happy medium..
I am sitting still at 183 and have been now for 10 days with no change, I know there are others who have had much longer stalls but this is driving me crazy!!!!!!!! I am fairly certain I will not reach my goal all though I will definitly keep trying to! UGH!
Congratulations on the weight loss and sticking with the program. I just wanted to check in. My weight is now 290 lbs. So I'm 11/26. On a side note, I found a reciepe for the flax seed bread, which is suppose to be only 1 net carb and it was awesome.

I have been on and off since I signed up for this board on Oct. 15th. So I started back 7 days ago at 184 (again) and since have gone back down to 177. I have been cheat free for 7 days and am working very hard at staying cheat free to reach my goal by Christmas. So, I will see you all at the finish line 15lbs lighter!!! I will do this. OH, and Awesome job everyone!!!
