If you click on User CP and look on the left hand side you will be able to edit signature, profile and options.

You can just say here how many pounds you want to lose, or if you want it to be clothes sizes then let us know your current. you can chat to us in here whenever you please, tehres always someone about!

Okay, I've finally got the scale moving in the right direction so I'm setting my Christmas goal. I'm losing 10 pounds for the Turkey Day challenge, so I think I'll go another 5 pounds beyond that for Christmas.

So my goal is to get down to 159 pounds.

Yes, please adjust my goal as 9 lbs to lose! I am officially down 1 lb this week. Actually down 2 lbs since last Friday. hooray for the whoosh fairy! I look forward to moving up to rung 3 this weekend. I'm very excited!

I am down 1 lb as well. I don't think the challenge has even started yet. Ha ha, hopefully the scale wont take some freak turn of events next week.

Deek Deek do you ever go to your User CP and view the subsribed threads there or do you save copies of each thread to your favorites in your browser? I've never tried copy/pasting the tree - not exactly sure what you mean. But if you go to User CP you'll see a list of your subscribed threads that have new posts in them. If they aren't in that list then you can click on the "view all" at the lower right corner of the list & even threads that are older (but which you've subscribed to) will show up. I'm pretty sure once you post to a thread you've subscribed to it too - unless you changed some settings maybe.
