Hi everyone! I want to join in!

My starting weight is 172 - and I WILL BE 150 by December 22!

So that's 22 lbs in the 10 weeks! What a great feeling that would be!

Ok I was really really good last night! infact all of yesterday!!

Food 100% perfect!!

Then I did a Billy Boxercise dvd last night while the dog watched and panted as if she'd done it!! lol

so I'm on track...............
