cool. I'm quite up and pretty darn sure it is pms but you know extra eyes on it never hurt. Most of you are much more Atkins experts than I so far. Besides I really really want to hit 20 lbs lost by Christmas. What a better reason to pass up all those goodies pushed in my face by well meaning (maybe?) but not helpful relaTIVES.
Been exercising like crazy since last Friday-was up 6 lbs on Monday weigh in- and down 2 lbs yesterday morning which brings me back to 160. (Those Hallowe'en treats are calling my very loudly though- hehe)
wow Emma am I too late? lots and lots of people on this.If not, put me down for 10. I'm in Julie's Oct challenge.. haven't gotten all my pounds off yet..need 2more.. that's why I haven't joined this yet. can I do both and count both? You decide. If not, that's fine too.

Checking in. I weigh on Thursdays and Mondays, and to keep on track will need a lb pretty much each time - here's hoping!
Down 2lbs this morning, and very happy with a good start!! Am also wearing a pair of jeans to-day whose buttons would not even NEARLY close a few weeks ago, so I'm a happy bunny!
