Re: *~Christmas Challenge~*
even though you are watching your carbs, your calories are really high, I"m not sure how that works. Can you eat lots of calories a day and still lose weight? a typical day for me is a cheese string for breakfast, some of a grocery store rotissorie (spelling) chicken for lunch (mmm wings
) and two eggs for dinner. I get a slice or two of tomato in there somewhere, but that's it. I drink a lot of tea, mostly medicinal, and a greens alive drink (packed with veggies and stuff, only 1 g digestible carbs per serving). I've been on induction for 11 days and I have lost 17 lbs, I don't exercise formally, but I run around while I"m doing my laundry and do high impact floor scrubbing (wiht music on to dance). I plan on staying on induction for at least two more weeks. Are you eating a lot of aspartame/splenda? your body burns the alcohol first, right, so maybe that's slowing you down too. Now that I think of it, you can eat liberally can't you? Since you're on a different metabolism... but eventually as the cravings subside and you get control of your appetite, you generally eat less. I"m not sure. at any rate, you're on the right track, keep going, you'll succeed a lot faster if you perservere than if you give up!
