I too have TOM visiting, but I'm still losing..go figure! I'm down another 2lbs as of yesterday 192...trying to get back to 190, then into the 180's. My all-time low weight is 187, so I'm hoping to get back there and beyond!

Sorry I havent been around, been really slow lately, but I finally have a change to report! LOL

This am I weighed in at 157.4 ....only 5.4 to go til this challenge goal! I hope I can make it!

Checking in ths morning....life is...well...it's life...what can I say. Roller Coaster ride!!

Anyway weight is still the exact same..I lose..TOM comes around...he visits quite frequently these days...stays longer...thought at my age it was the other way around...need a doc's appt soon.

But seriously...I am not stressing over no lose...just happy no signifacat gain!

My body likes 160...i'm guessing....ok...enough babbling

Weighed in this morning at 151.4 which makes me 10.8/12.2.....

Either weighing my foods , the stress I have been under this week and not eating as much, my scale isn't working, or I just worked through a slow down...One of those has to be the the answer. I do not care which one cause I am losing steadily again and I am losing inches.

Congratulations to everyone on their progress! Am hoping the scale is friendly tomorrow! TOM is here but don't have the nasty bloated feeling. Pants are fitting well & able to wear them all day without being uncomfortable.
