Still at 210, thinking I should go into induction mode. The past couple weeks its just been low carb no specific rules so looks like I need to buckle down and be strict! Ah well it will go with time, I'm still doing a lot of swimming!

Today was weigh in day. With last week being my TOM, the new scale, and my cheating for about oh ummmm 4 days the scale said I weighed 296 or something :no . So I waited till this Sat. to do a real weigh in on my new scales. Today they say I weigh 282.6. So I haven't really lost any since last time well .4 lbs and I will count that :nod , I count everything lol.
I am back on induction so am hoping for a better week this week.

I'm not seeming to have any sucess getting you to post my losses for this challenge. :sadblinky
I posted a pound loss two weeks ago, a pound loss last week, and will try again with another pound this week. SO.....that's - 3 pounds for the Easter Challenge. I'm now at 227. :icondance

I know I have been posting you, but I am having a little phone cord challenge. Hubby bought me a new one which my pups promptly chewed up again. Sometimes it drops on me, and I think... oh man! Ok, I will do it later when the pups are out of the room. Then, of course... the mind being the first thing to go... I forget :yikes Going to give it my best right now... even if I get dropped. Hi- I would love to join this challenge...
I joined one last month, but failed miserably. Now, two weeks off of it, I have actually Gained 5 pounds!
I'm much more determined this time, and can't live like this, so maybe you guys can help!

Weigh to lose Crysnjo! You are rockin!
Getin in Shape.... I find one of the hardest things on changing the way that you eat is the very first week. If you can get through that , it is much easier to continue. So... I would focus on the first few days, and promise yourself to stay good for those days.. Then, I expect the rest will follow and be easier. I think most of us can relate to what you are going through. I have been trying for a couple months after losing 58 pounds to go back to induction for a week, and finally have gotten back there. It is all about getting your mind set, and once you do that, why... it sure is an easy way to lose weight!

Actually, I'm not too worried about this first week- now is when I'm pumped and ready to make things happen...my problem is 2-3 weeks later. In last month's try, I followed the diet closely for three weeks, with no result- and of course was frustrated and gave up. I know it works, because I lost ten pounds on it last summer- but my body is reacting very slowly to the lifestyle now. I'm just going to be more patient this time, not get discouraged so easily. It will happen... :icondance

Computer troubles..tell me about them. We're installing a new computer today, so hope that I find my way back here and don't end up sitting in the middle of the room in despair like I did the last time we tried this... :confused
