              I weighed this morning also and I was 205.2, so let's just call it 205lbs. So I lost a pound...not bad! The important thing however was I stayed off the scale!!!

                    And I am glad I am not the only one who rounds numbers DOWN LOL.
                    Also, the scale is going back to the closet. Found out I can live without the !#$ thing!

                        • i wish i could give it up!
                          i managed to stay off the scale. fat lot of good it did me. that was the challenge after all. i did do that and did it well ....or didn't do it well, whatever.
                          my story is that jack stepped on it soooo much for all of us and the whoosh was just too much for the poor thing to take. i'm sure it must be broken.
                          i have been in ketosis, moderate level for about 10 days now and i showed a gain of 3 pounds today from last weeks 123!
                          CAN ANYBODY JUST SLAP ME! i am so disappointed to the point of tears. i am just not understanding why, not even one pound and to gain is too much for my pea brain to comprehend. i'm going to my girl friends to weigh in a little bit. they will be at work and i'm going to see what i am on her scale and i'm taking the lower of the two.
                          i am sooo diappointed. proud that i met the challenge head on but disappointed and downright disgusted with the end result.
                          some of you that don't know me should step back. i'm a middle aged woman who is premenapausal . someone could get hurt and it ain't gonna be me!

                            • TOO LATE ALREADY THERE!
                              i have struggled with this for a month and a half and the whole point of ketosis was to get some kind of handle on things. and guess what? i just can't believe it so i just stepped up to the plate again and now it says 125 which is only a 2 friggin pound weight gain, not 3. do you suppose if i move it around enough it will get me down to at least the even mark?

                              (under advisement to say this: lol lol lol in a funk lol lol lol)
