Yeah I'm pretty addicted, everytime I pass a scale I just want to get on and check my weight! It's insane! And sometimes when I have small weight fluxuations I get discouraged which is way lame. So I'm going to try my best not to check and hopefully the end result will be sweet! Oh and thanks Barbde for being so welcoming! Of coarse the first thing I wanted to do this morning was weigh in, but before walked by that room that has the you know what in there, I drank I big glass of water! Well It worked for this morning anyways. I'm always scared to weigh after I eat or drink anything cause that would add weight. Totally a mental thing I know. :confused
