          • I'm scale free still.

            Managed to set the alarm off at work last night Forgot to turn the forecourt lights out so I went back inside and it went off LOUD!! Didn't even panic, just reset it and went on my way. I think I was so tired and grumpy by then a truck could've driven through the service station and I just would've made the driver a coffee and left

              I had a bit of an issue with food this weekend while I was away...so I'm afraid to weigh in tomorrow...LOL...I'll probably be up about 10lbs!!!!

                  • Well, I am in at 173 today. Down .5 pound. That's 4 pounds in 2 months.... but better than nothing.
                    But, I also found out that I am not in ketosis anymore. :anger Found those stupid ketostix. OK, so that blew my no weigh thing for this weekend. However, it is Monday, a new week. And I guess I am going back to induction for a bit to get me back on track. And no scale til Monday for sure!

                      I really feel horrible that I couldn't control myself at all this weekend. Well, on the bright side, it's probably mostly water weight and I should be able to shed almost all of it this week...we hope...

                      • Aww Higgies :sympathy Don't feel too bad. You are right, it's probably water and will come back off. Just keep drinking (water!) and get back to the gym, and you will be fine. At least we didn't have to come pull you out of a river somewhere! ;-) Hey, ya had fun right? Don't sweat it!

                        • barbie > good for you! no weight gain and a tiny loss but the 4 pounds in a couple months shows you are losing slowly but steady. i'll bet you have more muscle weight than you did 2 months ago and i'll bet you are smaller than the 4 pounds would indicate.

                          higgies> sorry man, i thought for sure you would just stay the same. guys seem to do that. i'll bet you have that off by next week.

                          we had a seminar at church last night. first session was from 5 to 6:15 and the second session was from 6:30 till 7:45. yuck! sessions going on tonight too but we aren't going. the late night did me no good. i was starved by the time we got home. i ate legal but late. i think that will throw off the weight for the morning though. i need about 12 hours between my night meal and morning weigh to be "right" with digestion and all.
                          i did not get in any biking yesterday. that is only the second time since i got the bike. the last 2 times i've ridden i've gone 5 miles.
                          i suppose all that should be in the journal section. but it might explain why i gain or stay the same when i decide to weigh.

                          • Thanks for the support Jimmie. I have not been so diligent lately as I should be. And actually sneaking a sweet taste here and there, I guess enough to get me out of ketosis. Arrgg. I am noticing it today for sure, the sugar cravings. I survived it before, I'll do it again. That would explain the slow loss, though, I guess.

                              I weighed in at 137 which is amazing as I should have beer weight too.

                              • I'm in this morning at 182. Not a lot but happy with any scale movement at all. I was stuck in the 190's for about 4 months!

                                WTG for not using your scales everyone! Are we going to do this again?
