Oh, that's a good point...don't cheat because you can't tell what damage you've done. I've found that I get up in the morning to drink my water and not weigh first...I'm getting more water in during the day this way. Imgaine that!

Where's everyone hiding there scale--or are you hiding it?

Mines under my bed.....deep under the bed where dogs and dust bunnies dare to go. I actually put it in a box of Christmas wrap stuff that fits under my bed. Maybe I should have wrapped it up in paper before then? loll...

I havent hid mine. I'd just bought a new one, and I still have my old one. I used the new one to see how far off the old one was....only 1lb, but that lb makes a difference when you get close to goal! LOL Anywho, I may have to ask DBF to hide it for me, because I've truly been tempted. Not only do I have to stay away from 1 scale, but I have 2 in the house

Mine is on top of the fridge. I keep it there to make sure it's safe from the kids. They love to jump on and off and I made it very clear when I bought it that MY SCALE IS MINE.....

lol, they all backed away slowly from the savage, drooling mommy.

My official weigh day is tomorrow and I'm tempted but I'm not going to even give it a second thought----Thanksgiving will tell the story and I don't need to add chapters now!

Good morning! I took a few tastes while cooking the guys dinner last night. It wasn't terrible but I still shouldn't have. Grumble! Knowing I couldn't weigh kept it from becoming a binge. Thanks so much for joining me! It would have been more than tasting if I didn't have the accountabilty here. I tell you I was tempted to weight to see "the damage". Of course I didn't thanks to you all! Thanks!!!

Oh my scale is in my closet. I may have broke it when I tossed it in there. LOL

rofl.....well, if it's broken, then there's no reason to even think about weighing. lol.

It's hard not weighing in for me, but I'm PMSing and feeling really fluffy. So, I guess it's a good thing. I can't believe Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away!!

I just joined! Can i do this too?? I am SO bad about weighing myself, i can do it 3-4 time a day! So waiting 2 weeks might be impossible but i'm willing to try!!!!

i might be able to do this....i mean deep down inside we all know if we are doing the right things for optimum health. if we are, then there is really no need to get on the scale anyway!!
