1) I'm not afraid to bring up concerns/problems @ staff meetings. 2)Trying hard every day to see the positive in everything...the glass is half full! 3). I'm not an ugly old bear in the mornings!!

Sorry to not check in. I need to catch up here! Oh lets let these pretain to my current week.
I am a hard worker. I'm not afraid and physically able (thank God!) work 14 straight when needed.
I am great at making each client feel like my very favorite even when I'm stressed and beat.
I'm a good friend. Even with this weeks schedule I've still managed to be caring and get in daily to check on my buddy that had surgery and is a single parent.
week four
1. i am fiercely loyal to my husband. always have been, always will be.
2. i was calm throughout my thanksgiving day. this does not always happen.
3. i am happy with my weight loss and pleased that i had initiative to exercise today.

1) I'm a great sister~~~just ask the brothers 2) I'm slowly learning to stop punishing myself for past mistakes. Seems that I'm the only one holding onto it...the past. 3)I'm finding it easier to buy new things for myself~~~I always felt & was told I didn't deserve anything as I wan't worthy.
Boy lots of old "stuff" is coming out & being let go as I continue this journey to health!! Sometimes it's scary!

Week 4
1. I'm only up 1.8 pounds since being in maintenance and i attribute that to muscle gain.
2. I ate my dh's LIma bean soup and it was so good, i complimented him a thousand times on it....(which i never do)
3. I got almost all Christmas decos up.
4. I really did good on spending for Christmas this year, told the kids it was going to be very limited.
Blazing... 4 x a week...total 4th week = 4 *** 4th week goal met
Less of Lisa... 3 x a week...total 3rd week =0
Gmitroff...3 x a week...total 4th week = 3 = *** 4th week goal met

i'm falling seriously behind in here this week.
so a couple things i will say is....
1. i'm good at what i do here on the board
2. even though i've got some issues goining on, i've kept on track and i'm not freaking out.
number 3 will take place tomorrow but i know what it is
3. i've accomlished my goals in the sbec challenge, the 6 WEC, i've earned the
Challengers Choice award this week and by weeks end, i'll have accomplished the Reading the Book Challenge.

1. i confessed to cheating, and felt good afterwards
2. I keep a clean organized house
3. I love my stomach muscles
4. I just made sylvester the cat, and he turned out perfect and i made a client very happy when she saw it.
Thanks again Michelle for the challenge. I've realized just how negative my thoughts are about myself. Again old stuff coming out & I'm slowly getting rid of them!
