The fact that I've re-discovered this bulletin board
, and the fact that I'm posting and committing to a challenge will make a massive difference in motivating me to get started. I've already started modifying what I'm eating, but I haven't gone full induction just yet. Over the next few days I'll re-stock my home with salad fixings and other Atkins-friendly staples - and I'll take my "before" photos - and by Saturday morning I'll be ready to make this work!
