Wow! What a day it's been here! You guys have been busy! I have to say Alexa, you look like an after picture to me! You look great!!!! I don't see any lumps or bumps! Congrats to you!!! and Don you look amazing in your thong! (my kids always yell at me for calling those thongs... 'Mom!!!! that's discusting! they're flip flops!' ha!) Yeah for everyone getting their piccy's up!!!
I'm so excited for this new year! I know that the weight we lose is going to transform our lives, our health, our energy levels... we are taking it to the next level! I've been fantasizing all day about what it is going to feel like to finally reach my untimate goal... and I know that this year I am finally going to do it... Isn't that exciting??????? We are going to be hawt!!!!! ( as Disco would say...)

Yep, i think its goal year for so many of us Liz, soooooo exciting!!

I too am very excited to see change. I want to really work on my back fat!! THose pics were such a reality check!! Anyone have any suggestions of things I can do at home to get rid of back fat??

Starr you can do this, whenever you feel that cheat coming on, grab a glass of water, wait 10 minutes and in that 10 minutes note the reasons why you are trying to lose weight - in your head, you dont need to write it down!
