Yay, I was cheat free yesterday on all counts that I was trying to be cheat free on.
It is way too early in the morning for me to write a sentence that looks like that, it could make someone think they need coffee.

I feel like I ate too much today, but it was all legal and I stopped with dinner. I got in 310 minutes of exercise this week, so that makes up for the short minutes last week. I really, really didn't feel like working out today, but I did it anyway. Only 2 weeks until surgery, so I have to get my muscles and endurance built up as much as possible.

Well, I'm going to restart my counter. I found out some of the things I was eating had hidden sugar - just about everything, actually (mayo, salad dressing, even SAUSAGE?). I went to the store and restocked on things that didn't contain sugar in the label *or* in the ingredients. Since part of my personal definition of "no cheating" is no sugar of any amount (as it should be for Atkins), I'm going to rewind. It may not have been completely intentional, but I need to take responsibility for reading the entire food label for everything I ever put into my mouth from now on.
My "no cheating" definition:
- Pure induction foods only (no nitrates or hidden sugars)
- 12 glasses of water a day (gulp!)
- No more than 1 diet rite soda can a day.
And at least 1 hour of exercise 6 days a week. Back to day 0, now onward to day 1...

I am going to revise my goals. I said no caffiene but I do have an occasionally unsweetened tea so I am going to say "no coke zero" I had some tea tonight to I am back to day one today with the revised tidbit.
No coke zero
No more than one Diet Rite a day
Do some form of exercise every day
Do re-induction cleanly

I'm the same with my cheats - I'm back on induction for 14 days, and if its not allowed on induction, then its a cheat!!! I do allow myself a decaf black coffee on a weekend!! but no diet soda at all!!!
