I just got my Bronze medal in the Mail.... it is awesome. I hung it from the mantle to show myself that determination has a reward..the feeling I get knowing I accomplished what I said I would and a pretty nice medal.

It is beautiful and worth the time that it takes to type in my exercise each day on the website. Now am working on my silver medal.

Cool I can't wait for the metal I am at 8000 points now not bad for a month and 7 days WOW the points add up fasr. Can't wait to get the metal. I'll be there in no time.
