I'm still going, and I'm so greatful for the March water challenge which has helped keep me focused with the incentive to choose water over diet soda. I have long got my "sweets" in with my diet soda, and when I recognized that the caffeine slowed me down, I switched to things w/o it, like diet root beer, orange, and grape. Well, it's still just NOT the same as water.
And I don't know if it's just me, but I think an abundance of water plays a HUGE role in your wooshies. Why would we ever try something else? Pass me another WATER, baby!!!!
I've met my 64 oz at work Mon-Fri, and then have water again at home, but I don't track it there because I know I'm already in the clear. I can't make up for forgetting on the 1st and 2nd, but this week is definately a good habbit-starter to be 100% water.
