                          Alright, I've gotta fess up. I didn't reach my water goals over the weekend. Not even close. However, even though I've failed in my race for the trophy of the month - I'm back on track today (it's always easier at work), and I'm just gonna have to keep restarting a zillion times until it is no longer something I even think twice about.

                          I can do it...it's just mind over water. Matter, I mean

                            I think I forgot to report yesterday so I'll do it today yesterday I drank about a gallon and a half of water. Today I'm almost up to a gallon. Will be by the time I go to bed.
