Good Morning everyone ....... I did 30 minutes on my elliptical today along with 10 min Stability ball focusing on abs and pushups for my challenges. It felt great.

Peacefuljourney you have a houseful as well ....... I do have 7 children but some are grown up now and I have 4 at home as you do. Mine are Ashlie 23(due for baby in July) Katie 21(son Tyler 19 mths) Courtney 19(son Cole 22 mths and Daughter Alyssa 2 mths) Michael 15, Hillary 12, Caleb 4, and Olivia 3
The last 4 are still home the others are on their own raising my grandbabies!

Porcelain I feel exactly like you it's the fat burning that needs to happen and while the ab work is important to tone whats there the fat totally needs to go! After all that I'm having a tummy tuck. With all the pregnancies and the weight that skin will never go back to where it needs to!

Sunny it's so great to hear you sounding great again! Your a wonderful inspiration!

Rosa a mile is awesome! You do what you can and add a little bit every few days ...... before you know it you will be looking back on that mile with such pride at how much you have accomplished!

Mrs_S small changes make BIG differences!!!!! Your doing great!

FBG what are "those side punchy things" just asking cause I'm always looking for new things to do and add to my morning routine!

tmn I have thought about a R bike but just haven't taken the steps to get one ....... 6 mile sis awesome!

OK I know I'm missing folks but the baby is getting fussy ( I do childcare) and I need to scoot ........ stay strong and stay on plan today!

Is it very warm where you are??? It's still cold, windy and snowy here, so I am not getting to walk outside much. I have only been to Mexico once, and it was the last week of August--I thought I would melt! I would enjoy some of that heat right now.

Hi Sunny! Im doing ok with 1 mile a day, I'm strong hehehe and last year I was used to walking 3 miles a day, and 1 hour of pilates and dancing. But yes, Im taking it slow so I wont hurt myself, that usually is a good excuse to stop everything, but not this time, there is no longer excuses for me!

Yesterday the weather was nice, fresh, but I live in a city where we start at 59F and by afternoon are at 96F in the same day! so its hot! today is going to be one of those days hehehe I live in Monterrey Mexico, in the northeast of the contry, it is an industrial city, surrounded by mountains. One of this days I will post a view from my house.

I send you a little warm weather to you Sunny

Take care all, today those jeans inspired me to continue! thanks!

                    Hi All,

You are all Soooo great about doing your exercise. Everyone is doing something - big or small. I find the first and smallest steps the hardest to take, once the routine is established - it flows.

Today I feel weak - must try to make it through today.

I didn't wait quite as long today! I started at 3:00 p.m. If I had not pledged to you guys to exercise, I would have skipped it today! I was busy all morning with gardening, but I don't count that as formal exercise, but it sure does help build up my stamina.

                          Today:

30 minutes on the recumbent stepper, tension 6
15 minutes floor exercise, including some stability ball

I did five miles of pedaling today and limited walking.. then came home and did some ab/cardio workouts from the Exercise on Demand Channel...

Anyone know of a good BEGINNER cardio workout DVD? Most of the ones on TV are for people that actually do this on a regular basis -- and currently that's not me (will be soon)

Anyone know of a good BEGINNER cardio workout DVD? Most of the ones on TV are for people that actually do this on a regular basis -- and currently that's not me (will be soon)

Hope everyone is having a great day!
Leslie Sansone has nice "walk" ones. (Four basic steps in one place.) I used them last year as part of my therapy on atrophied muscles. I'll be starting them again once my knees can handle it.

Did 5 miles on the r.bike this morning, again another 5 miles tonight.
