      I second the Leslie Sansone. I was walking with two quad canes when I started Atkins, but using a gentle fitness video for a few months got rid of the canes and I started doing the Walk Away the Pounds Super Challenge and soon I was doing the whole 4 miles. I started only being able to do the warm up, but within a month, I was going the whole 4 miles.

        Can I still get in on this This is a great idea and well, nobody wanted to be in my challenge so I would like to be in this one. I ahve some pants I can't even get over my thighs I would like to get into by the 21st I can take a pic of them barely getting up ROFL.

          K I got my Picture just a front view of me not even getting them all the way up ROFL they are size 12 no stretch pants. What do I do with the picture now??

                I didn't do any cardio today but I was out and about more than usual and up on my feet. I did do 100 side leg lifts, 150 crunches, and 50 bicycles. My *** was burning.

                  My local dollar tree has some great workout videos. If they have them there get the everyday workout - its not hard, low impact, but its a workout.

                  I also enjoy leslie simones walk away the pounds. Start out with the 1 mile walk and then work your way from there. Its really easy to do, not to hard on the knees, but again gives a great workout

                    Just checking in! Did a really hard workout yesterday...anyways, it seemed hard because i did the bike and my knees are finished so I am feeling it big time today! I can't wait for the weather to get nice cause it's snowing AGAIN

                        Good afternoon everyone! Sounds like the exercise is going great! I love the walking dvd's as well ...... but for me regular getting out and walking is my favorite thing to do ...... I can't wait for spring warmth so I can get back to it! For today I did 30 min on my elliptical and a 30 min stability ball dvd.

                          Hello All! It sounds like every one is doing so well! I just got back from Barcelona and I wore my challenge skirt one day there! I wore it with a pretty fitted top and it didn't seem too bad! I would love for it to fit better though! Here is a picture of me in the skirt in Spain!

                          The sun was bright so I'm squinting! I'm going to put some other progress pictures in my journal I think...
