    Thanks guys! I felt pretty good in it! It is so gratifying to see this WOE work! Even three months ago I wouldn't have worn a short skirt in public!

          Okay folks, I procrastinated all day, but finally did 30 minutes on the stepper and 30 minutes lifting weights. I decided to jump up from 2-lb. weights to 5-pounders and boy did that hurt. I will probably be really sore tomorrow.

          I have had a very stressful day and I cook when stressed. I cooked and washed enough dishes for an army! I didn't eat anything illegal, but I ate a lot of legal, high calorie comfort food. Now I need to stay away from the news updates and stay away from the food.

            Is it Friday yet?? Boy am I tired and ready to sleep in a bit on Saturday.. Got home a bit late but did 20 minutes of stability ball and got my crunches, squats and pushups in.. Seems I kinda copied Sunny without even knowing it -- decided to use a 10 pound hand weight instead of my two 3lbs.. I already feel it so I know tomorrow my arms are really gonna hurt -- but I am starting to see a slight bump where a muscle might actually be growing from a very little seedling

                    Heah, just checking in. Things have been so crazy at work! It was a temp position so I'm starting a new job next week. Here's my problem. I can't do organized, "exercise". I can walk at work because it's nice to get out of the office and feels like normal. It doesn't feel like I am setting aside time to exercise. My new job won't be by the marsh with the nice path anymore and my lunches will be shorter. This means I'll have to actually make myself exercise before or after work! Like real exercise

                    I'm doing really well with dairy even though I was allergic as a kid. I'm fine with most cheese it seems but I noticed a difference when I used raw cheeses. So I bought some raw milk for the first time to make my own yogurt and got brave and drank a glass (I last tasted milk around 2nd grade and have a huge revulsion to it). It took me almost an hour to get past the fact that it was milk and get it down but... it tasted really good! Not like regular store stuff at all. Like I could even taste the grass in it! If I can just get past the psychological revulsion it's something I would like to add a few times a week but raw yogurt will be good either way.

                        I would love to cook for you and wash the dishes. Washing dishes is my favorite housekeeping chore. You would have a hard time stressing me, though, cause I would get to be around your beautiful baby girl. I just love kids and they keep me de-stressed, well, except in the grocery store if they cry non-stop!

                          I am just loving reading everyones posts. Work has been extremely hectic. I would love to say i have been getting my exercise is but the sad fact is, i haven't I have several videos that i love. It just seems i can rarely find the time. I need to make efforts to get up earlier I think. I weighed in this morning at 163 so i am doing something right. Tomorrow i have a huge task of tackleing my yard. I will be reseeding it next month and have the daunting task of getting it prepped for it. We'll see how it goes. I imagine i will be working all day tomorrow and then probably both days next weekend just getting the existing crap(weeds, sticks, roots, and rocks) out. Good exercise though.

                            last night I went to my favorite bar for kareoke. They also have dancing there and I danced/sang for like 3 hours. I had so much fun!

                            I'm ready for my next payday when I can hopefully at least buy some weights! Ive been doing my workout videos and I remember a time when they were really hard but they are a little too easy now and I know that once I can add weights back in - I will start to feel it again lol.

                            What is wrong with me that I am actually looking forward to this?

                              I did 15 min on my treadmill this morning, I would have done 30 but my kids would not behave ......... 10 min on the stab ball and about 10 min working on my challenges.

                              I ate ham last night and my hands and fingers are swollen so my guess is I need to drink lots of water today to flush that out!

                                You guys are making me feel guilty. Especially Sunny! my husband has no need to know that there are women who enjoy doing dishes. Shhhhhhh.
                                I've been slacking on my exercise since the reporting of my last challenge ended. Someone kick my butt please (you can count that as exercise if you like )





                                290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!
