    I've gotten in 2 3 hour sessions of MMA so far this week and an hour of jumping around the playplace with my son. To be honest, I think the jumping around makes me more tired than fighting for 3 hours.

    About to upload my picture now for the challenge.

    excuse the dirty mirror.

    These are 46" waist pants. When I started atkins my 58" pants were starting to get a little snug, so the fact that I even got these on after 3 months is astounding.

      All the formal exercise I did today was 20 minutes of floor exercises. I did that before I was fully awake and aware that all my muscles were screaming in agony. Boy am I sore. More tomorrow, then I take Sunday off.

          Okay so here goes... my muffin top in ALL it's glory. ahahahah

          Oh and this shirt is like rediculously too tight, but I really would love for it to fit by the end of this challenge...I I figured I should slap it on too. LOL. Why not right?! Even though it could have been super depressing to see myself, it was actually pretty hilarious. LOL.



          Damned c-sections. LOL Can't WAIT too see this after pic. FYI...These weren't even CLOSE to being buttoned...LOL


          Ultra low rise size 11 (which should be like a 6 IMO, but whatever. LOL)



          This one seems a little decieving to me...but I am so bloated, my stmach sticks out INCHES past the jeans. LOL!!

              Okay, I just put on my second pair of... "fat jeans" Yippee! There was nothing more humiliating than getting too fat for my fat jeans. I am one step closer to feeling like me.

                      Morning everyone!!!

                      Just wanted to report I did Slim in 6 yesterday (the original hour one..lol) and today I am feeling it! I'm not discouraged though from doing it again. I know me being htis sore is only b/c I was so out of shape...so I'll be just fine. I'm not giving up on myself.

                          LOL. It most definately is! LOL And i have the original ones that are an hour long. UGH my whole body is sore today. LOL. BUt I got myself a resistance 'tube' yesterday, so today should be a lot better. LOL. I improvised yesterday with water bottles b/c I didn't have any weights! ahahaha

                            I just do my crunches and floor exercises. I need to venture into doing some other exercises. I don't know if I can handle it right now though. Since I doubled my abs challenge this monthy maybe I will wait til next month. I like to change my routine up once a month so I don't get bored.

                              Hi guys, just taking a break from digging up sprinkler pipe. I am glad to see more pics posted. It may be embarassing now, but a in a couple months, you will be blown away by the changes I am definitely in full blown ketosis. Terrible dragon breath and 0 appetite. On a losing streak right now so that makes me a happy girl. Have been upping my water and it definitely helps. I also have found my energy is pretty high lately too. And i got my goal pants buttoned up yesterday Now mind you it still looked disgusting, but it feels good to know that already the changes are taking place. This challenge is good for me. Setting small goals really helps you to keep your eyes on the prize. Having those pants front and center helps too. Also I have a lot of support from my bf. It really helps. Do you all have a good support system around you? IRL i mean. ADBB rocks but it also helps to announce your goals to the people who you share your meals with. Show them your goal pants and tell them how badly you want them to fit. Then they can help remind you that you want to get in them when you go to reach for the dinner roll or helping of pie. Way to stay on track challengers!!!

                                Porcelain, I definately agree, you have a huge commitment already, no sence in burning yourself out. I like Si6 b/c it's just an hour a day and I feel it everywhere. LOL. Once I advance and get as far as I can with that, I'm going to add the elliptical into the equation..but for now I am just happy that I am moving my behind and dedicating to this. I used to always jump in head first and it would last a few weeks and that was it. LOL. So I figure baby steps are the best way for me to start...cause I am in this for the long haul!!!

                                Susan, you are 100% right. And I really think the fact that DH is working out with me this time is what's going to make time different. He even took my pictures for this challenge which I would have thought would have been SO embarrassing...but we honestly had a blast. He even put on a pair of his jeans that dont fit him anymore (b/c he gained muscle..lol) but just made me feel great knowing that he was trying to make me feel good. He gets his butt kicked by debbie siebers everyday just like I do, and we really keep eachother pumped. LOL. Like today, I was able to do 5 more push ups then yesterday (I am HORRIBLE at them and I hate them so much. LOL) but he just pushed me to do it and I couldn't be any happier with myself right now.

                                Congrats on getting those pants on!! That must have felt FANTASTIC!
