I have had quite a bit of alcohol in the last two weeks as we have been on holiday so I am now officially on the wagon! I am sticking to 25g of carbs and keeping the fat percentage up so here's hoping the weight will start coming off again soon!
I tried my challenge pants on today and they did up! The most huge muffin top BUT they do up! The inches still keep coming off at least.
Hope you are all well xx

Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.
ADBB rocks but it also helps to announce your goals to the people who you share your meals with. Show them your goal pants and tell them how badly you want them to fit. Then they can help remind you that you want to get in them when you go to reach for the dinner roll or helping of pie. Way to stay on track challengers!!!
I don't have anyone IRL--everybody, including my doctor and his wife/nurse, makes excuses for me and try to enable me to do less than my best. Maybe we should pledge that we will only eat "crap"if we first put on our challenge pants and eat the "crap" in front of a full-length mirror in the too-tight pants. I know that would do it for me. Just being able to see my challenge pants and another outfit the whole time I am exercising in the bedroom makes me exert more effort every time.
Sunny!
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

good morning! Woke up yesterday at 190, woke up today still at 190 - this means I have lost 27 lbs total since I restarted atkins
Measured myself and I've also lost a total of 20 inches!
Leaving for my first workout at curves - I'm excited!
Congrats on all fronts! Here's hoping you love Curves and want to keep it up.

I've been way over-doing it, so I didn't do any formal exercise on Saturday. I wasn't even able to go to church yesterday, and that almost never happens. I was on my feet for most of the day on Saturday, and by nightfall, I could barely get myself up and walk to the bathroom. The good news is that I got in 260 minutes of exercise last week!
It has been so bloody cold, rainy and gloomy for so long, I don't feel like doing anything but curling up in bed, under the blankets, with a hot drink and a good book. This morning I did do 20 minutes of floor exercises, part with my stability ball, and then rode the stepper with the tension cranked up a notch. I was hoping for that sun they have been promising every day to come out so I could walk outside. I will get in weight lifting before the day is over.
I got a DVD Balance Ball beginners workout at the library that I am going to try this week. It made me tired just watching it.
Everyone do your best! We want to rock this challenge!

Sunny-only eating crap in the challenge pants is a great idea. I have been really on track with my eating, but i pledge that if i want crap i will put those pants on before i take a single bite. And if i choose to eat crap it will be in those pants and in front of my full length mirror.

I have to apologise for not getting myself organised after signing up for this challenge. I'm really sorry. I didn't have any too-small clothes and have been incredibly busy at work for a couple of weeks and they just rushed by, and I didn't have a chance to get out and buy some.
Good luck to you all - I'm already looking forward to seeing the after pics!!!

wow sunny that is an incredible amount of excercise - just try not to hurt yourself! Thats wonderful though. More excercise = more losing
Curves was wonderful - I'm gonna try to workout there at least 4 days a week. I might just do it everyday before work which would be 5 days a week. If I'm gonna pay for the membership I'm very much gonna use it!

Okay, today was the first day day of my ramped up exercise. The last 6 weeks I have been walking and I did get some great results but my asthma needs to get kicked into shape and... I WANNA LOOK GOOD NAKID! Today was:
Pilates (25mins beginner DVD)
Day 1 C25K (5mins warm up and cool down with 60/150 sec Jog/walk intervals)
OMG, I am so out of shape. The real C25K program starts with 60 sec/90 sec intervals but my shins and lungs weren't having anything of that. I made it though for a total 26 minutes! BTW, I found a free Chronograph for my blackberry ; I just love having my clock, timer, 911 and music all in one
