    Speaking of losing boobs, mine are almost non-exsistant. I sware I lost 1 1/2 cup sizes. Too bad this isnt a lose your boobs challenge, lol.

      Yep. I was looking for one of those challenges too Seems effortless!!
      Although I was griping about it the other day and my hubby grabbed my butt and said "here they are".....and then he wonders why he gets flicked

        So i tried on my pants & they actually fit! They are still a bit too tight but I was able to wear them without having a camel toe!! Hooray

                  So I am not down a whole lot...bloated up a bit from a lot of sodium I didn't realize I had yesterday. LOL

                  Oh and SO wish my boobs would shrink already!!!!!!

                    Hi all! Checking in. I tried on my pants and lo and behold... I can zip them up! Still have a muffin top but I am making progress.

                        Hey everyone!!

                        I have not posted on here in a while but I guess I am hanging in there. Exercise continues to be an issue but I am hopeful that I will improve. I am doing okay on the eating part--enjoying a few strawberries this week .

                        Well, I made the Italian Cream Cake for DH for his birthday and am proud to report that I did not have any. Wasn't even really tempted. He just ate the last piece tonight. He never really gains weight--at 56 he still wears a 32 waist.

                        Hope everyone is having a good week. I tried on my challenge jeans this evening and there is still a ways to go.

                          Sorry I haven't been on in a while. Life is inserting itself into my best intentions. No formal exercise in quite a while, but I have been going all day most days until the last couple, when I haven't been well. I am now a moderator, so a lot of time is being spent in the learning process.
                          People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

                            Things are going well, regular exercise and eating properly. Not weighing until May 1st, so hopefully a few more pounds gone.
                            40 year old male 6' 3"

                            What I know:
                            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
                            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
                            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
                            4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.
