Guys, I know we are a bit frustrated with this. I know I am for sure. But if we keep exercising and keep plugging along we will have changes.

Ok. Checking in here. I haven't lost any pounds or inches since May 11. I have not cheated even a little bit. Carbs are between 15 net per day to 30 net per day. I am on the berries rung. I have cut out my 1 ounce slice of cheese at mid morning and wasn't having it every day either. Still have a muffin top on my challenge pants.

Have you tried upping your carbs? If I don't eat enough calories I stall like clockwork. BTW: what kinds of exercise are you doing? I am sure you will see a huge difference once the end comes

I just tried on my challenge pants too and I was able to button them and zip them a lot easier.

                    HI guys!

I have been losing inches, but the lbs are going nowhere. I'm wanting to get down to about 140lbs, at which point I will decided whether or not to have surgery for skin removal. I'm anxious to see what I will look like at that weight. The doc believes that I'm carry around at least 10-15 lbs of skin all of my body, however, I would only have a be interested in a breast lift and tummy tuck/lipo of the sides and back if needed. The combo of the 2 should run between $8,500 and $10,000 And that would be the part that I'm not looking foward to--although I have to admit, I am curious to see what I will look like w/ a flat tummy and not-so-depressed breasts

Man, I know what you mean about the "deflated breast" thing. It is getting to where I have to be sure and put my bra on before I put on my pants just so nothing gets zipped up!
