Wow! Welcome everyone! Of course it isn't too late to join! I dont 'close' the challenges to newcomers ever. Not even a week before the end! We all need a challenge and something to keep us on track, no matter how long that time might b. You all have no idea how much it helps me to have you all with me doing this! We can do this!!
Sorry I haven't been on, also. I have had a crazy past 2 days. Couldn't weigh in this am, but I was 165.8 yesterday which I am so excited about. I also made it through my first week with Slim in 6 and today is my very first "off' day and I really did need it. LOL This morning has been crazy busy, so I definately would have died half way through the workout. ahahahha
I am so happy so many have come to join us!!!

Don't you even worry about it!! 7 pounds is awesome, and you should be proud of yourself. You know how it is, our bodies need a little bit of time to catch up. I always just picture my body shrinking during the time right after induction. LOL. Keep up the great work, you're doing wonderfully!

I am right on track today. Today's one week back on Atkins and I've lost a total of 3.8 pounds which I am so excited about since I've done this a trillion times and last time I only lost 2 pounds th first week! I guess the exercise is paying off!
Speaking of exercise, I found out my Slim in six dvd is now cracked so I only got a total of 25 minutes in instead of 60..which I am so bummed about!!!!! But the kids and I and the dog went to the park and on a longg walk so I do feel productive.

So today I am down to 165.4, which I am happy about, although I can't help but want this weight to just fall off over night. LOL. I am proud of the exercise I've been doing and sticking with this WOE.
How's everyone else doing?? This challenge is getting kinda boring with out all you guys! LOL
